Agape Church Partnership provides vetted, faith-aligned childcare professionals for churches that take their children's ministry seriously. Partnership is a simple monthly membership plus one flat hourly rate — and members get the same reserved caregivers, guaranteed every week.
For most churches — one to nine caregiver bookings each week. Your reserved caregivers are held for your ministry and show up every week.
+ $40/hr per caregiver · 4-hour minimum
For larger ministries running ten or more caregiver bookings each week — multiple services, multiple rooms, deeper partnership.

For churches that want to try Agape or only need occasional coverage. Caregivers are assigned first-available rather than reserved weekly, and billed per service.
4-hour minimum · First-available caregivers, not reserved
Each caregiver is billed at a 4-hour minimum per service — a shorter service still bills at 4 hours. Tier is set automatically by total weekly bookings.

Consistent coverage — the same reserved professionals show up every week. When anything changes on our end, we handle it — you do not scramble.
Faith-aligned selection — we understand church culture because we are part of it. Faith alignment is a non-negotiable for every ministry placement.
Billing: monthly membership on the 1st · hourly billed every two weeks · 14 days notice to cancel.
