At Agape Sitters & Nannies, our ROTA Nannies are highly trained professionals who provide 24/7 care on a rotating schedule. Typically, one nanny works full-time for 1 to 3 weeks, then rotates out while a second nanny steps in—ensuring your children receive continuous, high-quality care without interruption.
This system offers consistency and reliability, with both nannies working together to maintain your child’s routines and support their development. Depending on your family’s needs, ROTA nannies may work 12-hour shifts alongside another caregiver or provide full care independently.
