Agape Childcare Staffing was founded in 2021 by Tanashia Jordan — a mother of four who saw the same problem everywhere she looked: churches running on volunteer fumes, schools closing classrooms over one absence, working parents forced to choose between their jobs and their kids.
The staffing industry's answer was warm bodies. Tanashia's answer was a different kind of company entirely — one that does childcare and only childcare, where every caregiver is vetted and held to a standard worthy of the name Agape.
Since 2021, that standard has served churches, corporations, schools, and families across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
