Pricing depends on the service. Church and substitute staffing are quoted to your program's size, schedule and needs. Corporate backup care has a monthly access fee scaled to company size plus a per-activation care rate. Standard event childcare starts at a $2,500 minimum for a team of 3 caregivers for a 4-hour window. Labor companion packages are $800 (12 hours), $1,200 (24 hours) and $2,200 (48 hours).

You sign a service agreement, but you are not locked in: you can stop working with us with advance notice. For substitute staffing there are no setup fees and billing is simple and biweekly. A fee applies if a scheduled placement is cancelled at the last minute.

Coverage for childcare centers and preschools when a teacher is out or ratios are at risk. You tell us your location, classroom age group and coverage dates, and we follow up on availability and pricing.

Yes. We provide weekly nursery coverage, Sunday services, midweek programs and special events for churches, with a staffing plan built around your schedule and age groups.

When an employee's regular childcare falls through, Agape sends a vetted childcare professional to the employee's home, often the same day depending on availability. Employers may also be eligible for federal and Texas tax credits; please confirm with your tax advisor.

Weddings, corporate events, conferences and faith gatherings. We bring a coordinated team on-site and build a custom quote within one business day.

On-call care for your older children while you give birth. It is available from 36 weeks, with a 1-hour response time and a pre-labor Meet & Greet included in every package.
