Agape Childcare Staffing ("Agape," "we," "us") provides childcare staffing services in the Dallas–Fort Worth area of Texas. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through www.agapechildcarestaffing.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a request for staff or ask a question through our forms, we collect the details you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, organization name, location, the type of care you need, dates and times, and the number and ages of children to be cared for. Please do not include sensitive information, such as children's medical details, in our forms unless we ask for it.
Job applicants. If you apply to work with Agape, you apply through our hiring portal, which is operated by a third-party provider (Gusto). The information you submit there is handled under that provider's terms and privacy policy as well as our own hiring practices.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. It may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and interactions such as clicks on phone and email links and form submissions. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies.
How we use information
- To respond to your requests and questions and to provide a quote or staffing plan.
- To schedule and coordinate placements and communicate with you about them.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as our form provider (Tally), website host (Netlify), analytics provider (Google), our team messaging tool (Slack), where new request notifications are delivered, other communications and workflow tools we use to receive and respond to requests, and our hiring portal (Gusto), and when required by law or to protect safety. These providers may process information only to perform services for us.

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics by using Google's browser add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Children's privacy
Our website is intended for adults: organizations, parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Where a request includes information about children (for example, number of children or age groups), it is provided by an adult for the purpose of arranging care. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention and security
We keep information as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and business requirements, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
