Submitting a form or contacting us does not create a staffing engagement or guarantee availability of caregivers. Staffing services, rates, billing terms, cancellation terms and responsibilities are set out in a separate written plan or agreement between you and Agape, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, logos, graphics and design, is owned by Agape or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Third-party services and links

The Site uses and links to third-party services, such as form, analytics and hiring-portal providers. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability
